Maryanne took charge, sorted problems, & managed all our viewings. She was calm, professional & kept us sane throughout. It wasn’t a traditional sale of a house. It was a barn with Class Q planning granted & some acres of land. We experienced some bumps along the way, but Maryanne was with us constantly reassuring & supporting us.
