I always have a great experience here. I started with an appointment to have some extensions fitted and I now get my eyelashes, eyebrows, extensions, colour and makeup done here. I have never had a single bad experience and I have now been going every 1-2 weeks for about a year. So the obvious choice for my hair and makeup for my wedding, was the girls at Parlour. They helped prep me for the big day in the weeks leading up to it, and on the day itself, they arrived at 6am at my wedding venue and managed to make a bride, 2 mothers, 5 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls look absolutely flawless in just a few hours. They were amazing! We had so much fun getting ready with them and sharing the morning with them. The whole wedding party could not thank them enough. My daughter also had her prom hair and makeup done here and she looked stunning. I can't recommend them enough. An amazing team who always go the extra mile.

So I booked my daughter in for her lashes doing costing £50 it wasn’t a good start as that night quite a few lashes came off. My daughter was told to brush the lashes with a little brush she was given but this just made it worse loads more came out. I rang the next morning and explained what happened we were told it was due to oil been on her own lashes and did agree to replace the lost ones which was quite a few. Only 7 days later more lashes started falling out just on their own ended up on her pillow and had loads of gaps on both eyes. This morning they were just about all out and looked ridiculous so ended up just taking the rest off which didn’t take much doing. I visited the salon and explained that it was only just over a week and £50 later no lashes left. The young girl offered once again to replace them but I declined as I’m guessing the same thing would happen again. After not knowing what to offer I suggested a refund and was offered 25% money back, I thought a full refund would have been offered but not to be. After making my point she agreed a full refund and took my bank details and said would refund after her next client. The young woman was not true to her words and I will ring back tomorrow as no refund in my bank as yet. Not good enough not when you are paying £50 a time for what? I would not recommend this salon at all…. not professional and obviously not true to their word please don’t waste your money on something that lasts a week not three weeks as we were told!
