I visited this Post Office on Monday afternoon after coming from another post office where the staff had been incredibly unhelpful, leaving me feeling stressed and unsure what to do next. The experience here was the complete opposite. The two ladies who served me — Ellie/Elle and Coleen, I believe — could not have been more helpful or efficient. I didn’t want to stare at their name badges too long and look strange, but I made sure to ask their names because they truly deserved recognition. One of the ladies seemed to be new or in training and was understandably a little nervous, but the support she received from her colleague was lovely to see. She was being guided with patience, praise, and kindness throughout the process. Both had the biggest smiles throughout my whole experience in here - it really was lovely to see! The service I received was outstanding, and both women are an absolute credit to your post office and shop. Well done, ladies!

Absolutely awful sandwich on the 26th November, i suspect staff have pocketed the ingredients from inside the in store made Tuna and sweet corn Roll, as there was so little in this one it was a joke, Dry as hell, it cost £3.50 Terrible, Morrisons should take care to watch their staff 😡👎

Very convenient and the extended post office times really help me. Good range of products at a reasonable price for a local shop. All the staff I have encountered have been polite, helpful and friendly apart from a girl called Heather who I have found to be very rude with no customer service skills.

Decided to pop to the shop a bit before closing on Saturday evening, the young lady that served me (Emma/Emily?) was just miserable to interact with. No manners or customer service, couldn’t do more to make it clear that she didn’t want to be there. Even if it’s near clocking off time being polite doesn’t cost anything. If your job makes you that miserable then it’s time to update the CV 👀
