Fell & really hurt my knee, ankle & hand because of a pothole on a visit to Settle. Reported the accident to Settle council, the reply just stated contact North Yorkshire Council we don't deal with them, no sorry, hope you're ok, zero empathy! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
