Sheffield City Hall got a brush with super-stardom and notoriety when Johnny Depp turned up unexpectedly to play with Jeff Beck. The actor turned up in Sheffield, South Yorkshire on the night of Sunday 29th May 2022.

The star of The Pirates of the Caribbean is also an accomplished musician and performed his cover of Isolation - a John Lennon song - which he had previously released with Jeff Beck in 2020.
