The guy who worked the night shift on 9/15/22 refuses to serve customers for no legitimate reason. This causes you, whomever the owner is, to lose business. As a business owner, I would hope you'd want this issue resolved so you can not only help your reputation as a company, but also gain profits by serving the customer. I witnessed a man who lives near this location be refused by your employee to buy milk. This is easily viewed as discrimination. You are not serving a young man who came to buy milk, and had no reason to give as to why he would not allow him to purchase milk when asked. This issue needs to be resolved with your employee. He needs to do his job, which is not to turn away customers for no reason, but to give good customer service.

i went here and the guy at the counter was watching strange videos in the middle of the night i went up to the window to get some bread for my kids lunchs and the guy barked at me and then proceeded to chase me out the station with a broom stick Update: I went back here at 2am again after my night shift and asked for a bottle of prime. He sold me one out his rucksack for £30 i was told this isnt policy and he shall be told off. Who ever replying to these reviews has no custumer service. REUPDATE: this guy is very rude at his customer service i went to get a red bull last night and after i paid he barked at me then shouted be gone.

I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star. I dropped my eBay parcel at this garage to be sent with Evri, and the contents were stolen. I have called the police and will be prosecuting. Very disappointing service from the manager who was rude and defensive. Despite being told an internal investigation would take place, no internal investigation was conducted. That tells me everything I need to know about the culture and ethos of this business. Have lost a very local customer of years. To the manager’s response - I have both Evri receipts and will be sharing them with the police. You still haven’t explained to me why the label I applied on the 27th Sept was removed, when there’s CCTV to evidence me putting it on. What’s strange is that my boots have been stolen? And you can’t explain how my label was miraculously removed from my parcel.

Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. I use this shop's services for refueling, dropping off & picking up eBay, Vinted and EVRI parcels (almost everyday) and never have had any issues with them.

Great place to shop for basic utilities. Outstanding being price and user-friendly. If comfortable, would be great if you keep fruits as well, bananas and apples. Overall fabulous service. ♥
