Meadowhall Argos

I bought an Instax Mini camera, and it wasn't working. I went to the store, but Kati helped me figure out how to use it. She even helped me get a refund because it had some fault. Her way of dealing with the matter and giving the best customer service shows that Kati is the best employee Argos has.

Came in today. Had an issue so spoke to the manager who I think was called ‘Andrew ‘ his mannerisms were very aggressive to towards me whilst I was my 2 year old daughter and was completely dismissive towards my problem. Will be making a formal complaint and not shopping here again.

Like the other Argos stores, quick and eaay to collect. Staff were nice and respectful. Loads of screens available to search products and put order.

Terrible customer service. Agressive attitude Unhelpful. I politely asked for a refund on an order, admitting I'd lost the receipt I asked for store credit. They spoke very rudely saying I could have got it anywhere and even if i showed them a bank statement it could 'have been for anything'.. after 5 minutes of me speaking politely and them talking abruptly, did they admit they CAN REFUND by looking at my online bank as proof of purchase. They could have mentioned this instead of being aggressive and rude (two of them. Man and woman at 8.50pm on 4 March 2025 Meadowhall). I won't be shopping here anymore. I can't think of any justification of their initial poor attitude other than racism. I'm not one to play the race card, it may not sound like a big deal but having to stand there speaking overly nice just to be heard, whilst 2 staff treat you like you're pulling a scam is very unwelcoming. Very unprofessional. 100 percent will never use Argos Meadowhall again.
