It was really nice! There are really good deals and you can find pretty much anything from chocolate and candies to body care and clothes. Not everything is one pound but I would say most of it is. The only negatives are that some items don't have a price on them and there are a few specific things you won't be able to find.

I was deeply impressed by shaz's exceptional assistance. Her patience and understanding with a partially sighted customer like myself went above and beyond. She demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt her communication and assistance to meet my specific needs, making my experience significantly easier and more enjoyable. Her dedication reflects great credit on your team.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this shop. When I came to collect my order, they claimed I hadn’t paid for one of the items—even though I had. I’m a mother and had my baby in a stroller, but despite that, they searched through the entire stroller while my daughter was still inside. All of this over just one pound. In the end, they realized the mistake was theirs—but not only did they fail to apologize, their behavior felt completely disrespectful and racially biased. I left the shop feeling humiliated and deeply uncomfortable. I truly hope they reflect on how they treat their customers and take steps to improve their attitude and professionalism.

I haven't been in these SO-called pound shops in years and years and years. After all, for the most-part, they are NOT Poundshops☹️☹️☹️☹️

My wife buy a marshmallow mateys box that was expired in July but they are selling it it now please check the dates
