Just had a lovely afternoon tea, served by James. A young boy came asking what was on the children's menu, James took the time to write down a list for the boy to take back to his mum whilst continuing preparing our order. What a lovely pleasant young man. The afternoon tea was delicious and great value too.
We went to Dunelm two weeks ago and were stunned to get a parking fine for £60 for parking for under 2 hours! Parking is free for 3 hours normally but there is no clear information stating parking is limited on football days. Despite visiting the Pausa cafe and buying a duvet cover we were issued with a fine. Very angry and also disappointed because we have been fans of Dunelm and the cafe for a long time.
Just wanted to praise Molly who helped me with my click and collect order today, by going above and beyond to get my order together and trying different lights for me. Thank you very much for your patience 👏😄
It's standard dullelm. It's got bits for browsing and various other bits to look at. So many curtains. like maybe too many curtains? Someone who does the ordering/store layout clearly loves a curtain. Upstairs has microwaves and other lacklustre kitchen paraphernalia. It's ok I guess. Good returns policy though!
It's a bright and airy store, with a better layout and design than others in the chain. They sell a good selection of products , and has more room and greater choice than some of the smaller stores, I visited after being to another branch and not finding the items I wanted , but happily this branch did, staff are pleasant and helpful.
