Amazing service. Brian Lily and Charlene (sorry if I’ve butchered names and spellings.) Can’t thank this store enough for their sincere and genuine services. Literally do anything for their customers and went above and beyond for my project. Best thing is they make you feel at ease as a novice who has no idea what he’s doing. Good advice good products and such a pleasant experience. Thankyou always.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE!!! Take your business elsewhere, I have been left with a recalled dryer since December, they have failed to repair and are refusing a replacement or a refund!! Been chasing and trying to speak to management but getting passed from pillow to post and still not getting anywhere!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Amazing place to purchase kitchen from. The designers are amazing too. issue is the after Service. Very poor. Once you have purchased a kitchen and you got some issue. I’ll take ages to be resolved. The manager Joe will deliberately delay and will take ages to response to your call. I would recommend trying a different branch and make sure you speak to the manager in advance with regards to after sales service as if any items delivered wrong or any items are delayed get exact date for delivery. If not, you have to keep ringing them for a couple of days to respond

I had a great experience with Howden. Everyone I encountered at all stages of the process could not have been more helpful, even after delivery when I needed to make a change to an appliance. I'm very pleased with my finished kitchen now it's in, it looks great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Past experience with darryl has been brilliant, quality and price of the products too. Today we collected an item Debbie bent over backwards to get us for an item we prolonged ordering which meant the range was out of stock. :/ She managed to locate one and have it delivered in a couple of days. :)
