I must have gone at a busy time as waited ages to be served. They got extra staff in the till to help move customers through but always feels like they're pulled everywhere! Good advice always available though and our go to place for appliances

I visited your store on 10/11/25 with a work colleague who needed help choosing a wireless mouse. Unfortunately, the staff member we approached was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. We simply wanted to understand the size and fit of the mice available, as the only models on display were £99+ or out of stock. The staff member responded with, “What do you want me to do about it? There’s not enough space to show all the mice.” Having worked in customer service myself, I know this isn’t the right way to handle such a situation. My colleague even suggested going to another shop, mentioning how much more helpful they were previously — and I can now see why. What’s disappointing is that the item in question was only a £20 mouse, but the staff member didn’t know that I also intended to ask about a much more expensive purchase. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I wanted to bring this to your attention not just because of one interaction, but because experiences like this push customers away from shopping in-store — the very thing many retailers are trying to encourage. I hope this feedback can be used constructively, and that the staff involved receives some customer service training.

I was really disappointed with how the staff treated me during my visit. Two members of staff saw me waiting to be served and avoided eye contact. When I started walking up to one of them to ask for help he turned away to avoid engaging. I was able to find someone else and ask for assistance at the til so I could collect my product. They radioed the same person who has just walked away from me and asked him to serve me. I believe his name was Faisal. He was extremely rude and unpleasant and very unprofessional. You could tell he didn’t want to serve me and just wanted to get the collection over with. I have been to the same Curry’s before and spoken with lovely and helpful members of staff but my experience on Monday has put me off going back again.

Currys gave us good vibes and also not so good! We bought a integrated cooker from the crystal peaks branch took it home unpacked it and tried to put it in place but it was a few Mils to big so repackaged it and took it back 30 minutes later the store won't take large items back so you have to go on there website and sort collection that way what was quite annoying! The next day we went to heeley reatial park branch and the shop assistant there was second to none! Helped us in every way possible he was very professional and understanding with what we was looking for, we ended up purchasing another oven with his expertise what turned a bad experience into a good one! Thanks to 27 John👍also need to point out that the crystal peaks branch are also professional it's the Currys policies!

Staff are not interested in helping you at all. Went over to someone who had “happy to help” on there back, they didn’t help and told me to go and stand next to the product and someone will be there soon. Waited 10 minutes and still no one, and all the staff had seem to disappear, do they actaully want to seek anything??
