Brilliant and genuinely helpful guys, as soon as I walked in to the shop they immediately offered me help. I was looking to get a crank for my hardtail which had snapped. They asked for my bike details and they found the correct spec and gave me a spare from the parts bin. Really nice and interactive people, definitely recommend to anyone with any bike related questions. Also having an amazing bike show room with an extremely wide range of bikes from budget to pro.

I picked up my first Brompton bike today from this store. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for before going but definitely needed and wanted to speak to someone with knowledge and experience of Brompton Bikes. I arrived early and the store was quiet so I was lucky that the salesman and all round Brompton expert Gavin was available to chat to me. He spent plenty of time talking through my options and requirements and also made time to go the extra mile with extra advice, and how to care for the bike, which was very much appreciated. It was clear he had a passion for all things Brompton and his customer care was excellent. Thank you Gavin - a superb service. I'll see you again soon for more questions!

The whole team really are incredible. Couldn't be more helpful if they tried, and really genuinely friendly. We recently bought an e-bike with a plan to tow our kids in a trailer and they took time to talk through our options, and make sure that we ended up with a bike that was going to meet all our requirements (powerful enough to tow, compatible with the connection to our trailer, right size, within budget etc.) There was never any feeling of pushy sales tactics, and every interaction we've had has been friendly but professional. Extra special shout out to mechanic Chris who gave me a really thorough intro to our new bike, and an all round really excellent chat :) Thanks guys!

My wife and I purchased an e-bike here. We were treated very well by knowledgeable staff (esp Mike) who listened carefully and told us everything we needed to know. Bike collection was relatively smooth, and we received fantastic service from Chris and Freddy who were friendly and helpful.

I came off my bike just outside the store puncturing a type and one of their guys helped me out, by asking permission to fit it inside JE Cycles as well as offering me a cup of tea too. Would fully recommend both here and just over the road for anything bike related.
