Morrisons Daily - The Forge

Due to parking difficulties, I sent my son into the shop to quickly buy vegetables. Instead of checking their CCTV, the staff accused him of stealing, searched his pockets, and detained him for several minutes. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. My son was treated unfairly, and no apology was given. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

There’s sign it’s open 24 hours but when i want to get some medicine and i went there the door was locked and the staff members were using mobile phones and earphones and they avoids the customers. Worst customer service…

Convenient place and good range of items. Worst thing about it is some of the staff. There are a couple that work there who are really nice however some have no customer service/social skills. I understand that for many of them English is not their first language, but its surely not difficult to say hello, thank you, the price or even look at you when being served. It can be quite uncomfortable at times. I think a lot of them were employed by Budgens before Morrisons took it over. Maybe Budgens had different standards but think someone from Morrisons head office should come down and give them some training.

Very creepy in how they stare and make sound effects but don’t actually speak English

Used to come in all the time but majority of the time the prices aren't correct and you have to tell them it's wrong, Tried to get a few of the drinks on offer to get told it's not on offer and a week later, same thing and still says it is on the shelf
