Dropped in to pick up an order this afternoon and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The collection point was clearly signposted just to the left of the entrance doors, service was quick, and my parcel was all ready. The person serving me was incredibly friendly, genuine, and open, chatting through what he was doing and finding my parcel with ease. Proper chuffed, would come back again.
Just want to say a massive thank you to Tim at the Meadowhall retail park. His knowledge and patience with myself and my friend has been superb. Excellent service.
Coming up to Christmas there should be many more staff available. The staff themselves were really helpful but simply not enough of them.
Gets worse every visit. Staff have no product knowledge, only reading the same product info you see for yourself. You would think they would be informed on the items they are trying to tell you. Walked out empty handed and will do my own research and buy a coffee machine from another retailer.
