My friend and I recently did an overnight spa with lunch, dinner, breakfast and a half hour treatment. When we arrived there was a bit of a mishap with our booking, the spa treatment hadn’t been booked by the staff member who had done the reservation. Nicky on reception was great, she sorted it all out for us so we could still have it done. There was a bit of a mix up with our lunch booking but again Nicky stepped in and sorted it with the help of Ranjan. Ranjan let us eat earlier than expected so we could then have our treatment. He was brilliant, advised of the food choices and served us with a smile and nothing too much trouble. Nicky sorted our room a little earlier so we could change ready for the treatment booked. She was brilliant, when we arrived at our room it had balloons, rose pets on the bed, a complimentary box of chocs each and a birthday card each - we were both there celebrating our birthdays on the 26 & 28 jan. This was a lovely unexpected surprise and added to our pamper day/night. In the spa we both had Phoebe and again she was brilliant, our massage was just what we needed and Phoebe put us at ease, my friend was a bit nervous. All in all our stay was more than we expected and the three members of staff mentioned were so brilliant we had to give them all a mention. Thank you Kenwood we will be back. Thank you Nicky, Ranjan and Phoebe from Pam & Tina xxx

I had a spa day with my auntie, it was a relaxing and an amazing experience from beginning to end. Myself and my auntie had 1 spa treatment each, I had a facial and my aunt had a massage, we was both in heaven, so relaxed. We both found out treatments utterly amazing and can’t wait to come back. The spa itself was so relaxing and we made sure we used all the facilities available. Thank you very much!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kenwood Hall. Lovely service from Ellise from the moment we walked in. Our room was clean and comfortable (Thank you Nataliia) and the food, drinks and amenities were great. We had the best sleep of our whole Holiday here. Our only issue was with the toilet. It could use an upgrade as the flusher is quite weak.

I'm spending Christmas at Kenwood hall, and have loved the experience. I always come here for a break when I am in Sheffield, and with spending Christmas alone, Kenwood hall was my first thought. They have made me feel so welcome and there has always been someone to chat to from the staff if I felt I needed company. During Christmas lunch I was sitting by the kitchen and everyone kept checking on me. The table I had in the corner made me feel part of the event without feeling awkward about being alone. The food was lovely, and really filling. I was well looked after and made to feel special. There was no pressure to join in, or do anything I didn't want to. Nothing was too much stress. I had a lovely room looking over the grounds, and enjoyed being able to wander and take photos in the afternoon. It is a special place where it is equally a high quality hotel and a family feel where you can be comfortable to be yourself. I'm going to be booking for next year! A special shout out to Hollie, Ramim and Elise for their friendly and warm manner. I enjoyed pulling my Christmas cracker with Sonia and loved her checking in when she went past my table at lunch. The quiz with Kezziah was lovely and a good end to the day. I would love to see a Christmas eve get together for any single people staying at Christmas if there are a few of us, it would be a nice thing to know some guests if others wanted to.

Stayed for Christmas on residential package including Christmas lunch. Exceptional friendly service with a very warm welcome on xmas day from Nicky who took the time to speak to all of the guests. Also Kez working behind the Lakeside bar was very friendly throughout our stay and always had a smile and warm welcome. A great Christmas all round. Highly recommend the patio rooms for staying with dogs as have direct access to the extensive grounds. Facial Spa treatment was very good. All round super stay.
