BP Spar Civic Otley Road

I use the store regularly. It is always well stocked and spotless. The staff are superb and extremely helpful which makes things so much easier. I have just had a gentleman help me with some parcels . I was totally befuddled and he helped me no end. He took away the stress of the whole lot for me. Thank you so so much for your superb customer service, kindness and patience 😊

I was the only one in the store, I was giving a package, the elderly lady told me that I should print a label, it took a few seconds and when I told her I was done, she ignored me, a guy came from behind and sent me away to stand in line , such behavior is not acceptable , just because I'm a causasian woman and I'm not covered ! let him keep his religious and customs for his country ; here it is in UK !!!!!!

Wow one of the best petrol stations I have ever been to. Huge. Has an American sweet section and slush/Frozen coke machine. Yum

They have a good variety of snacks, loads of American stuff too, quite pricey tho. Some members of staff are not happy to accept parcels tho! I have been several times and they juat say no we don't do them, when they have done before. They hate looking for them for you aswell! I have found a new store for dropping off and collecting my parcels, cos it feels so awkward doing it there.

Mostly snack food, no beer or spirits, and as it also serves the filling station, which is large and functional, queues often result because the staff are juggling post/mail services while trying to serve petrol clients and store clients. Can be difficult to get in or out. Staff have always been good.
