Been in to the skipton store today to pick up a Coat which was bought online. Tried on and didn't fit. The girls Deae and Carly were fab checked the store and found the same Coat in a different size. Was also cheaper than I had payed on line. Fantastic customer service, very helpful, no more online for me .

I went into the store today my wife. She wanted to buy a coat the two lovely ladies that worked there called Deone and cariy were such gems. they made us feel really welcomed brilliant customer service very clean and tidy store will definitely recommend to friends and family to go and visit for your outdoor clothing

The orange coat on the mannequin used to be £100 and now is £29.99 but the same orange coat in the same shop different place used to be £60.00 but now is £29.99. So all are 29.99 and their old prize is just made up.

Visiting from out of the area and popped in for a look at some walking shoes. I was struggling to find my size (uk12) until the assistant came over and asked if he could help, I couldn't believe how friendly and helpful he was, suggesting different styles and makes which he was only too happy to bring out. Result happy customer left with a pair of shoes which fit perfectly and were a lot cheaper than my last pair from another large outdoor chain. I didn't see if he was wearing a name tag, but I'm sure he is well known to local customers. Thank you for your help.
