Regatta Great Outdoors

I went in to collect my shoe order today and a nice gentleman (I believe I saw Matthew store manager on his name tag) served me. He took the time to help me make a choice for what performance socks I needed to buy alongside my hiking boots I collected. He also told me about the performance of my boots (the sole, the grip, etc) which made me happy and confident with my purchase. Matt (apologies if this is the wrong name) has a real passion for outdoor gear and knows his stuff! A very kind gentleman, I'll be visiting again. Have a great evening Matt, people hardly make conversation in customer service anymore. Ooh also forgot to add he made sure I got my 10percent discount for buying the socks in store, what a gent! Okbye lol

What a great shop! Only came across them as I had to return a Craghopper item ordered online. Brilliant friendly service, from knowledgeable staff. A really good shopping experience, would highly recommend for your outdoor clothing needs. Thank you particularly to the young man who explained about the Nosilife material....fingers crossed it works!

Just bought a brand new Regatta water proof jacket and a pair of Regatta walking shoes and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the goods I purchased, I would also like to give a special mention to Julian one of the sales assistant who is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the products and gave good advice to myself and would be happy to purchase from here again for definite.

Bought two pair of trainers had a problem with one pair went back following day , item replaced swiftly and staff very helpful on both vists
