Outstanding experience throughout. The shop looked immaculate and the staff were super friendly. It's seldom I physically do an in-person shop however today has changed my view. Of the two staff I engaged with, both were consummate professionals and extremely helpful.

So because it's convenient to do a quick shop, I along with other customers, strapped for time and cash are penalised. Why? Why are the supermarkets like gas, electric etc, pushing us to the very limit? Who gives them the right to put us in destitute situations?

A small shop, quite high prices but the stock seems quite broad and they have a coffee machine.

Small shop, so a smaller range and higher prices than at the supermarkets a short walk away. I only went in to use their parcel return service, but their terminal wasn't working. Ended up falling over and grazing my knee while taking the heavy box to the paper shop at the other end of Newmarket street, whose parcel return terminal was working. No point to McColls at all, no USP and they advertise services they cannot actually offer.

It's a Morrisons, yes it's small and maybe a bit more expensive, but it's in a very good location, very convenient for narrow boaters, being next to the canal.
