As I'm not familiar with this branch I requested help on location of various products: fresh desserts, teacakes and razor blades. For each of these an assistant from bakery, Lisa, helped me. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. She was courteous, extremely patient and just so so lovely! She had such a great personality as well, making me laugh I needed to mop my eyes l! What a fabulous ambassador for Morrisons!
Waited almost 15 minutes for 2 people in front of me at the vape/lottery/service kiosk to be served by one member of staff (one return, one cashing in of lottery tickets), whilst she was also juggling requests for toilet roll for the nearby toilets. Colleagues sauntered past watching the growing queue. When I got there to pay for 2 sale items I'd picked up near the exit, I didn't get the sale price because I didn't have a More card. This is despite having paid earlier for numerous sale items without the need for handing over my personal data l. The difference in signage is very subtle, with a huge emphasis on the price and not the exclusivity pre-reqs.
Tried to use the Ringo app to extend my parking as mentioned on the Ringo car display and app for the Morrisons car park. Parking Code: 683116. Started the process only to be alerted that there were no available spaces?? No spaces. On looking about, there were plenty of spaces! Don’t get caught overstaying or trying to use the Ringo app. Morrisons do NOT want people parking longer than the allotted 2.5hours, even if you tried to pay for extended parking. Why the Ringo display and service at this parking area, no idea! If Morrisons do not want extended parking after 2.5hours, remove the Ringo display! This is deception.
We always like to visit Morrisons when we are in Skipton. Picked up an electric patio heater that was on offer. Brilliant. I use it instead of a gas heater in the tent now. Great poke bowl lunch offers too. Meant we survived 4 nights camping without having to cook.
Well what an amazing company and great employment of people, Our goalkeeper who's the goat in net saves the footballs like he saves your sales on the cash register. Its a shame they didnt have any stock of my crumpets, Great experience 5*
