A relativity new store to Skipton, replacing the undersized store on the high street. Includes ladies and children's clothing on the ground floor, with men's and homeware on the first. Huge fan of next and their ability to fulfill overnight order requests. Staff are friendly and willing to help when required, worth a visit if you are around and would of course highly recommend!

I had an issue at work today and long story short had to requisition a pair of pants for a lady. Quickly. I ran to next and ask the very kind ladies for help. They were superb!! Sorting my size and fashion issues. (I’m so sorry I was so frantic I didn’t get your names, it was around 3pm). The lady in question loved the pants just fyi…. Lifesaver. So thank you so much.

I’ve visited this store several times over the last eight months due to re location. I’ve used Next for years and my experiences have varied greatly. I’m pleased to say that this is the best store I’ve visited mainly due to the helpfulness of the staff who go over and above with their customer service 👍

Good men's and kids department but the ladies part felt very cluttered. Too much stick for too little space and I personally felt a bit put off by that. It gave me that TKMaxx vibe and I can't be bothered to plough through their store. Staff helpful and found sizes for me that weren't out on display in a couple of items. Just a little crowded in terms of space.

Was very disappointed to visit Next in Skipton on 8th August at 6pm, specifically wanted the mens department which was closed, due, we were informed, to staff shortages. Surely one of the staff from the ladies department (which was not at all busy at that time) could have come upstairs with us. Obviously Next don’t need the business!!
