Spinners View, Skipton - 2 Bedroom 1st & 2nd Floor Apartment in Central Skipton with Private Parking
Spinners View occupies the upper floors of a beautifully restored Victorian townhouse dating back to 1850. Once part of a larger terrace that was later divided into separate homes, the property has evolved many times over the years. During our recent renovation, we uncovered and reinstated original features throughout, created a vaulted ceiling on the top floor, and exposed the building’s historic beams. The result is a charming and spacious retreat that blends modern comfort with authentic character.
Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and a stylish lounge/dining room with sash windows and bespoke joinery. The apartment offers two elegant king-sized bedrooms (one with an en suite) and a luxurious main bathroom featuring a generous walk-in shower and freestanding bath.
Thoughtful décor, quality furnishings and carefully designed lighting add warmth and personality to every room — we hope the atmosphere feels as special to you as it does to us.
Outside, a secluded private courtyard garden, secure bike storage and parking for two cars offer rare convenience in the heart of Skipton.

Stunning apartment in a lovely quiet terrace just off the high street. It has everything you could possibly need and is spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. The welcome pack was a nice surprise. Customer service was amazing before and during our visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Weavers Rest is a beautiful ground floor apartment a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Skipton. It is a really quiet location with easy access to private off road parking right outside the property. We found it extremely clean and well presented including a well equipped kitchen. The hosts Julie and Vince are really friendly and helpful. There is a big supermarket for shopping a few minutes away by car. Skipton is a great town with plenty of places to eat out and canal boat trips on offer starting from the town. If you like walks you are spoilt for choice. We enjoyed Skipton Castle Woods (walking distance from the apartment) and Ingleton Waterfall Trail just over half an hour by car. Would really recommend this as a great base for a holiday!
Weavers Rest is an absolute gem Immaculately clean. Exquisitely presented. Tastefully decorated. Everything we could have wanted was provided. Towels, fully equipped kitchen, the huge double bed is very comfortable. Centrally located. We had an amazing week long stay. Although it’s in the middle of Skipton Weavers Rest is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and is nice and peaceful. Plenty of room to park your car and go exploring. Julie kept in touch the whole time making sure everything was good. A nice touch for us was the welcoming box of shortbread and bottle of pink lemonade. I cannot recommend weavers rest highly enough. As far as accommodation goes you’ll struggle to find better. Thank you so much Julie for a lovely week. 5/5
Extremely well presented and well equipped, this compact apartment (Weavers Rest) is a joy. It is very well situated in the heart of the town with only a short walk to all of the amenities. The owners are incredibly attentive and helpful if needed. Highly recommended! Edit: We've now stayed in Spinners View, and loved it too. Beautifully decorated, well equipped and very cosy.
Beautiful recently renovated maisonette of a Yorkshire stone terrace cottage. Just off the town centre, quiet, and private. Access to rear outdoor seating. Comfortable, large bed. Open plan living space and modern kitchen with all of the essential amenities, Beautiful bathroom finished to a high standard. Great host, with good communication.
