The Yorkshire Unicorn

What an absolutely brilliant hotel. I've never stayed anywhere like it. The room was big. A lot of thought and love has gone into the design of the room. A lovely touch was a large bottle of water, some tinned sparkling water and a small box of sweets. Nothing was too much effort for the co-owner Rebecca, who i must admit I bombarded with questions. She was very quick to reply. Although this a room only hotel, there are lots of eating places just round the corner and the main shopping street also just round the corner. I would recommend this hotel 1,000 percent. I would also recommend Phoebe's for breakfast and light lunch.

Wow! What an incredible stay we have just had at the beautiful Yorkshire Unicorn hotel. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a LONG time. I’ve stayed at a few hotels around the Skipton area and this was by far the best experience! We will definitely be back for another visit again soon.

Stayed for 2 nights. This is a self access hotel with no staff on site. Contact is easy through WhatsApp and they are efficient in replying. Access was very easy, the rooms are lovely and with extra touches like a coffee pod machine and a welcome box with snacks. In the heart of Skipton, it means everything is accessible. Car parks are close by. I would 100% stay again

I rarely review but I had to, what an absolute gem this place is! We had such a lovely stay, the hotel is decorated beautifully, the location is awesome, the communication with the host was great and we even got a box of treats which was a really nice touch! Also have to mention our visit to Phoebes for breakfast which was so delicious and only a short walk away.

What a lovely stay! The attention to detail is outstanding - we loved the welcome box, so thoughtful. The host was so responsive and helpful. And the room was absolutely spotless and gorgeous! Can't wait to return.
