Superb shop right on my doorstep fresh veg every day it's just brilliant has everything I need accept lactose free Greek yoghurt

A great little local supermarket with a wide variety of products. We can always find everything we need, and the rotating “world foods” weeks make it easy to discover something new to try. That said, the customer service could use improvement. On more than one occasion, the till staff have seemed distracted—chatting on headsets about personal matters or showing little interest in engaging with customers. Politeness and basic courtesy often feel lacking. For example, today a staff member came out of the stockroom with a large cage and placed it directly in front of us, blocking the aisle. We had to squeeze past, yet no apology or attempt was made to move it to a more convenient spot. The store itself is fantastic, but a more welcoming and considerate approach from staff would really enhance the shopping experience.

Shop that shops and occasionally gives you free stuff for said shops. Top Shop (not THE literal Top Shop that's a different shop altogether or at least was, it's so hard to keep up these days with the comings and frankly mainly going of the British high streets). Do not get me started on vape shops and barbers...

Good food and fresh if a line to be served they open more tills only down side stuff gets scanned too fast for you to pack other than that all good

I usually do my shopping at lidl and had no trouble. Today I bought some turnip mash and was all moldy across the right side. The mash was in date till 31 December I will not be buying my mash again from here
