Had a fish and chips take out omg to say they was close to closing the fish and chips was all hot and fresh clean environment friendly staff this is a must when you are in Harrogate you will not be disappointed. Thank you

Went here with my friend for lunch about a week ago and it was so good. Best fish and chips I've ever had that isn't on the beach. Really friendly staff and amazingly tasty and fast food. Great atmosphere. Eat here

I visited the Sister portside Chippy in Leeds and loved the food there so, decided to give the Harrogate branch a visit. I rounded up a couple of my work colleagues and drove the short journey to the chippy. Parking was limited but, we found a spot in the side street. Staff were friendly, lots of seating available and the food as expected was cooked fresh. After collecting our orders we headed back to work and tucked in... Again, Portside didn't disappoint. Consistently good food whether in Leeds or Harrogate. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back

Tried tonight for the first time. Very impressed, went for the butty combo deal it was fantastic quality at a reasonable price too. Will be back. Only downside was having to wait as fish is cooked to order but other than that all good.

The quality has always been excellent when I've been there. There's a wide selection of menu items and plenty of specials on offer. My mother has dementia and they were very patient with her in the ordering process. It's a very small area (2 tables and a bar area) to sit inside, so you can't really give it 5/5 for atmosphere.
