Helpful staff but once ordered and paid they could not deliver on the promised date - rather a week later. We called to cancel and then had to go back to the shop because we couldn’t cancel over the phone. Ended up using their competitors who delivered next day. Probably won’t rush back to Currys TBH

We recently bought a new tumble dryer from Currys Harrogate, and Atish was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding us through all the options and making sure we chose the right model for our needs. His clear explanations and friendly approach made the whole process so easy and stress-free. went in for a henry hover, member of staff was walking about on his mobile phone, clearly on a personal call. we looked at the hovers and narrowed our selection down to 2. tried to get a member of staff but guy on phone was not going to stop his call and we had to follow him about to get his attention. said he would send someone over. after 5 mins nobody arrived to help so we had to go back to the guy who still wasnt going to stop his phone call. finally got a staff member and got the hover. the guy still didnt get off his phone. terrible service.

This store is easy to navigate (nice big signs hanging from the ceiling make for easy location!) - and even if you can't find what you are looking for, the staff are helpful and aid you in finding it. There is a lovely wide range of products in this store, so you'll most likely find what you are looking for. One of the best and most pleasant Currys stores I've been to.

Sent laptop off here and told them leave the screen as they wanted £300 to repair it. They rang me up a week later asking me if I want the screen repairing anyway 🤔 and said the rest of the damage isnt covered by warranty as nothing is apparently. The guy then said it will be £100 to fix so I said go ahead then and he then said hang on ill have to ring you back with a revised quote. Time wasting and probably trying to find things to add to the cost, not impressed.
