I wouldn’t even leave 1 star… I took my shoes in for the heel tips replacing and was told it would be an easy job however they look like they have just been bodged not to mention there is now 2 holes on the inner sole of both my shoes the shoes I’m speaking about are Christian Louboutins which arnt cheap & are now ruined! Wouldn’t recommend

Got 3 keys cut for my 5-point-locking front door. He said "come back in 15 minutes". All done that quickly. Tested them at home - all keys lock and unlock, inside and out. No rough edges on the keys. Reasonable £20 charge. Very pleased. Thanks.
I took in a ring to be repaired. There was an issue where the ring was mistaken for another, repaired quickly and more repairs done than agreed. However, the team dealt with this quickly and efficiently and my ring was returned, fixed perfectly and with no fuss. Would definitely recommend, particularly Timpsons Stocksbridge.
