Fantastic customer support! Bought roof and bike bars from them a few years ago (had a great experience that time as well) and have since changed car. Rang to ask for advice for switching parts and they were so helpful and remembered everything about my query when I rang back later for more help - really appreciated the attention to that :)
Still waiting on my refund of £83 after paying good money for a product they strongly advised me would work. Then having paid for the return postage, nothing. I have sent nearly 10 form of communication. It has been a horror show of terrible customer service. In all my days of buying whether in a shop or by internet purchase this has been without any doubt the worst I have ever experienced. Still do not have my refund. Its verging on criminal behaviour.
June 2025. Called into the shop to get advice on my Thule bike carrier which appeared to have developed a fault. Despite purchasing the carrier on line from a third party, the staff at The Journey Centre kindly identified and remedied the fault, there and then. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Ordered black Milano lock on 3/12, chased and finally received on 16/12 wrong item received and sent images called and chased and still Waiting for a reply on 22/12. Not like it’s needed to add security to Your van over the festive period: I will Not be ordering off you again.
I would highly recommend The Journey centre, Will and the staff have fantastic customer service skills. Very knowledgeable about the products and are happy to answer any questions or queries that you have.
