One person can sink a business and Connor is that one. I called here today and met the member with a zillion reasons to excuse laziness. 3 weeks ago I couldn't praise this shop enough for their kind help, advice and assistance but today Connor gave me all the reasons why I won't return. I asked for a little help/customer service and was greeted by excuse after excuse but zero help. I went to another phone shop and 5 minutes later had complete satisfaction and whilst I was happy to pay, they refused to take payment for such a simple fix. Lesson of the day was seek out a small independent and receive the personal care and trust for me to return in the future. I bet that the EE franchise in Fox Valley is closed in the near future and will blame anyone but themselves........ 👀

Brilliant store Manager Ash is an asset to EE. I had a couple of issues mainly due to me not being tech savvy. Nothing was too much trouble for Ash and I was up very happy. I highly recommend this Store. Ash and his team are 5 star.

Having been a Vodafone customer for 7 years and having been badly let down by there shop in Huddersfield it was refreshing to be treated like a valued customer by Donna in the EE store in Stocksbridge. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I now have my new phone, new contract and peace of mind that Donna has set up my new phone exactly as I require. Thank you. Went to EE shop in Fox Valley because of the excellent service we have had there in the past. The young man who served us was friendly and very pleasant and sorted everything out that we needed. The shop had very good covid practices with perspex barriers between staff and customers. Staff had masks on and used hand gel which was available for customers to use too.

What a fantastic team! Such personal service tailored to meet my needs. I find buying a phone really stressful and 2 lovely ladies took the time to listen and really helped to get me the perfect phone and perfect package Highly recommended
