Excellent service Angus was very helpful and knowledgeable, we bought a full set up for aquarium, we had problems setting up the filter unit (our fault) when we called he advised to take it back and he would prime it for us, it’s now working perfect and I am very happy with the set up, would totally recommend

We have been customers of Maidenhead Aquatics Stokesley on many occasions and their staff have always been fantastic every time. A special mention for Scott who recently delivered our tank and went above and beyond by helping us in the house with it, then staying longer and helping us to put together and position the tank in the room. He has even provided great advice on the set up of an external filter days after the delivery of the tank! Scott and the team have been genuinely first class. Thank you!

I bought pond fish food in the offer, "buy one, get one free". When my fish refused to eat the food, I asked if I could exchange the unopened tub for a different type in the same offer. They refused, saying that the unopened one was the "free" one and therefore couldn't be exchanged. I shall be buying my fish food on line from now on.
