Swainby Country Park

We bought a holiday home here at swainby country park just over a year ago and I can honestly say it is the best thing I have ever done. The site is lovely and clean (hats off to the maintenance crew) and people here are so friendly. We are in a village with two cracking pubs both doing meals and we can step round the corner and onto the Cleveland way for some exercise after eating at the pubs. Absolutely love it here.

My wife and I own a lodge on this wonderful adult only park. Very quiet and relaxing. The owners only attend when they are asked or need for maintenance. There is an excellent disabled friendly shower block. The park is surround by wonderful countryside with excellent views and routes for walking. There are two pubs/restaurants very close by both with safe play areas. If you want peace and quiet, relaxing atmosphere, the Swainby Country Park is worth checking out!

I really enjoy my time here at Swainby Country Park. It’s such a peaceful setting in the village, surrounded by nature with plenty of birdsong and wildlife the perfect place to unwind. The site itself is well looked after, clean, and welcoming, and there’s a lovely sense of community without it ever feeling crowded. The location is ideal quiet enough to relax but close enough to everything you might need. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a genuine warmth about the place that makes you feel at home straight away. If you’re looking for somewhere calm, safe, and surrounded by beauty, I’d absolutely recommend this Country Park.

It's so peaceful and quiet. Amazing views and walkways that are easily accessible.
