I previously gave this leisure centre 5 stars and did enjoy going to this gym, having been a member for 25 years. However, there has been a change of personnel and I have found a particular member of staff extremely unhelpful and she would laugh at me each time I attended. I will never set foot in this leisure centre again and have now taken my custom to Selby leisure centre where the staff are very pleasant and always helpful. The classes are far better too.
Have played pickleball for over two years. Friendly reception with staff working well together to ensure courts are available on time.
It's partnered with Selby, so some of the staff are the same. They're lovely. The center itself is smaller than Selby, where I usually go, but it has all facilities and was a nice change. The class we visited were all friendly and welcoming.
I love this leisure centre. Staff are fantastic and helpful. It's quite basic but has everything you need for decent workout. Plenty of classes too.
Still letting NONE blue badge holders park in the 3 disabled parking spaces and despite being owned by North Yorkshire Council there’s nothing they can do!
