Good afternoon to the last 4 reviews you are reviewing the wrong business we are teesside caravan storage Ltd on Earlsway you are reviewing Teesside caravans on fleck way near the anson farm pub please when doing a review make sure you have the correct company we are manned 24/7 and full access for all our customers I have been on the estate for over 11 years and been manned for all of that time as my 800 customers will verify yes we have a similar name to the other company on the estate which does cause confusion but only recently . all my customers can contact me at any time of the day or night but I am increasingly getting phone calls at all hours for another company who close at 9pm SO PLEASE PLEASE WHEN RIGHTING A REVIEW MAK SURE ITS THE CORRECT BUSINESS HAS THIS IS VERY UNFAIR ON OUR BUSINESS AND ESPECIALLY AS WE ARE ALWAYS ONSITE TO HELP OUR CUSTOMERS

Happy it is a Cassoa site but find it's shortcomings are it is not 24 hr access. Also, we have found it difficult to contact them and the information about the recent changes was not conveyed to us in any way, we found out by having to physically visit the site, that is not good business. Also there is confusion between Teesside Caravan Storage and another nearby site where contact details are confusing, it is really not set up in a very user friendly way but ultimately, contact details to soeak to someone 24/7 is not an option and sadly this will be a major factor in determining whether we use another service going forward.

Supposed to be 24 hour access and we have been sat outside for an hour now unable to get in, phoned the number on the gate goes straight to answer phone , it's the 4th time we have brought our van back and not been able to get in so it's definitely NOT 24 HOURS
