No condensation given to dairy intolerance when they stack the racks up with normal sausage rolls but don't bother with any vegan ones

We visited here today after having to pull over due to heavy snow on the motorway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to wait awhile for bacon to be cooked and a member of staff named Peter offered us a complimentary hot drink for having to wait in the cold conditions. This made a really bad day that little bit better which was very much appreciated, Thank you Peter you're a credit to the company 👍

Asked for a sausage bacon and omelette baguette paid £4.70 drove away then opened the bag to find a bit of omelette in it and NO sausage! She literally took my order turned 180 and FORGOT to put the sausage in. And it was lukewarm at best. Tried ringing but no number. Rubbish!

No vegetarian sausage sandwich available- never run out of meat sausages. 10:20am. No Milk alternatives available despite being a very new Greggs. Disappointed

2nd time in two weeks been here pizzas burnt to a crisp and i swear there the same ones that where there 2 weeks ago, guy was sat down the whole time hardly anything to choose from and what was there looked like it had been there for days ended up with a box of donuts that were rock hard ended up bining them
