Normaly good service and stuff you need. Not so today where one lady was rude and unhelpful..she seemed happy to shout across the store to me as I walked in that it was cash only and seemed happy that couldnt serve me at all as the machine wasnt working. No interest in helping customers ..needs a new manager with an idea about keeping customers . Luckily there are several other shops I can and will use from now on.
On 28/07/2021 I went to the store to buy some breakfast food for my children and me, because we are going to holiday early in the morning. I was there at 21: 55, but the doors were locked. I saw 2 sellers inside, I tried to explain that they can't close the store too early. As opening time from 07: 00 to 22: 00. They explained that the closing time is 22: 00, but they need to recalculate the money it`s because they closed earlier. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
During this pandemic I went for the first time today and was appalled. Only one other customer wearing a mask out of many. Staff unprofessional (on mobile phones) and unprotected. No social distancing. Couldn’t get out quick enough!
Don't go in and pay with a £50 note..... They don't take them !!!the rather large lady with glasses who is new, has,nt got a clue! There are no signs to say they don't take them, and she said her note detector was,nt working,not my problem nisa, so I went across the road to the londis garage and spent £39 there, sort your staff out nisa!!!!!!!
