I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Dan at Nisa on Windhill Road, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Dan was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. His customer service skills are top-notch; he went out of his way to ensure I found exactly what I needed and even made helpful recommendations. The store itself is well-organized and stocked, but it’s the staff like Dan who make shopping there such a pleasant experience. My children have come home sad because they wanted a sweet treat but the server refused to serve them even thought it was after school times and they were not in uniform. What a joke of a shop such a discrace never coming back to this rotten a place you have just lost a valuable customer
