Absolutely useless staff. Advertises frappes and iced lattes (no ice) 20 minute wait for food and there’s more empty seats than full however we prevailed, also advertised free baby food with any purchase (no baby food) we decided to use our own food as we would anyway… advertised free bibs and cutlery and of course they had non. Absolutely useless will never be coming back here again. Food was shocking for the price you pay however the coffee was lovely.
The most rude woman (glasses and small) serving us crumpled receipt and threw it at my sister, would not stop staring at me and slamming chairs around, and definitely needs a lesson in etiquette and class. There was young boy quiet seemed nice, the small angry lady seemed disgruntled by our appearance. I have literally never written a review before today but they won’t answer the phone and I cannot get over her attitude. Someone please teach this person not to let their feelings get in the way of service. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the panini but minor in comparison to the attitude.
I had a fish finger sandwiches which was on bread as they had run out of buns. There were 3 tiny fingers inbetween two massive slices of bread. So over half the sandwich was empty. It wasn't buttered and the fish fingers were such poor quality...they had hardly contained any fish they were a poor fish cake finger. My mum's cheese and ham toasty was burnt. The tables hadn't been cleaned and the service was very very slow. Besides that it was great.
So sorry to say this but this cafe is a disgrace.i had been here a few times over the years and found it really good, the food choices were good, staff friendly, went yesterday 9/11 /23. absolutely rubbish no food at all but a large menu up. When I asked why was a menu when they didn't have any food at all answer was I have no idea . he said it wasn't anything to do with him I just work here don't get told anything. Please get this cafe sorted out, or stop putting large food menu up when they have no food at all. It's ridiculous
Had to wait half an hour and complain twice for a ham and cheese crossaint , my parents food and coffee was eaten long before we had seen our food. Crossaint was lovely just didn't appreciate the long wait . It was difficult to find a clean table.
