I ordered quite a few times from them in the past and really enjoyed their tasty burgers maybe they opened newly, so they kept their quality up for a while only. Bought 4 burgers today for £22 and I m totally disappointed with the quality of them. They put their prices up and downed burger quality. The chicken is supposed to be fresh chicken fillet but it's cheap frozen steak burgers that u can buy at any supermarket. Called them to complain and asked them what have they served me and only got a cold answer that they are sorry, and their supplier didn't have the chicken fillet so took these cheap steak ones. I mean they should have told me they don't have fillet burgers instead of just taking money and serving cheap burgers. This is the last time I have ever ordered from them. Trust me quality is rock bottom and people should avoid food from them. Not to mention rude staff who couldn't care less if they loose one customer according to them, its only one customer.

My dads just gone to get a. Chicken Parmo and it was pieced together with the chicken.the cheese was like it was just laid on the parmo.absolutely shocking.if you haven’t got the proper chicken do not piece it together.looks like it has just been flung together

My wife spoke on the phone and was very impressed with the service. She said they weren't like typical take aways where they can't wait to get you off the phone, instead, here they spoke clearly and read back the order. Cracking size portions too. Good luck with your new business venture 👍

Absolutely scam of take out always give benefit of doubt but misleading public by not given what’s been paid for missing Pepsi can but paid full for take out as you can see on receipt and staff members say their cant hear on phone when called up to let them know. Absolutely fume. Why lie & make excuses everyone works hard for their money but these take out scam public.

Got a pizza it was cold phoned up and he said the oven wasn’t hot enough it’s my fault . Normally I don’t phone but I got 2 cheese and chips other week same thing happened chips not cooked not going back could offered a refund wasn’t cooked cold
