Truly horrendous customer experience. The only reason I enter this premises is to access the Post Office (outstanding experience and service). Today I walked the dog to collect a failed delivery. I was greeted by a rude member of staff who told me I could not bring the dog in. I replied stating I read the small sign in the door and I was going to ask to collect the delivery as there is nothing outside to secure the dog to??? The member of staff barked back "we don't have to provide anything". I replied it would be common sense and unsafe having dogs running around a shopping area and car park. The lady told me she cannot allow the dog to walk in the shop but I could carry it in the shop 🤔. Unreal customer service, I remember managing shops 20 years ago and I had secured dog park hooks and water outside the door!!! Try harder and think about your customers...oh and don't be pedantic!!!

Appalling 'cold' and rude service. Rude staff who openly moan about other customers, ignore customers; and clearly hate their job. Avoid.

Disgusted with the mean cashier who refused to let my toddler leave the store with her eating an ice lolly, so I could go to the car to get my purse to pay for £5.80 worth of goods. Life is stressful enough, a little kindness and respect would go a long way. As if I want to shoplift an ice lolly worth £1.20. thanks for making my child cry uncontrollably in my arms over such pettiness. Customers, avoid this store if you don't want to be met with rudeness and disrespect.

Well stocked store and a wide range of goods.. Has a cash point inside. A post office open at set hours and post office services till 22:00 for parcel drop offs. A wide selection of beers and wines. Friendly staff. Ample Free car parking adjacent to store. Some great deals on prices on some items better than major supermarkets on some items.
