Needs to removed from delivery services because the staff are messing people around. My order was 'too heavy' for them so they refused all my items. I imagine the delivery guys were thrilled to have to take the heavy items all the way back to their depot... Probably weigh about 15kg so not the lightest but i swear all they would have had to do was open the cupboard and the delivery guys and myself could have done the lifting! Pathetic and messing people around

Don't bother sending Yodel Parcels via this shop. 3 different staff on 3 different occasions. Huffing and puffing. Like sending a few parcels is a big deal. When I said is it okay if I send some parcels , the woman replied "rather you didn't" I said don't worry I won't be coming back to do anymore your the 3rd staff member in a week moaning. She said it's because no one likes doing them. You shouldn't have to feel that a service you offer when you use it that your a inconvenience on there day . It's part of the job

Me and my girlfriend came in the store and I asked where the basket is and the staff women who got brown hair in a pony tail and she said the basket is near the entrance gorgeous she shouldn't of said that me when I'm with my girlfriend it made me feel like she is chatting up lads and not think about work

Was served this morning by a female member of staff ( I think her name is Jan) very friendly and happy in her work, credit to her self and the shop.
