My goodness, what an absolute ball was had by all 6 girls for a 12th birthday party. The party host had the girls' attention constant and ensured everything that they did was age appropriate. The party started by the party girl deciding the music she would like during the party. The party is during store opening times and not exclusive. This wasn't any issue at all as it is a good sized store and we booked an early slot on a Sunday. The staff in the store were all extremely kind, caring and accommodating. They were extremely polished in the party process and it flowed really well. I would have no hesitation to book this store again and to HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone wishing to book a party. It was a wonderful success.

The staff here are amazing! They were all kind and welcoming, especially Jill. She helped my mum and gave her some hand moisturiser samples to try out and showed us an adorable hello kitty bath bomb set for my younger sisters birthday. Thank you so much!!

We had the BEST time today celebrating our 11-year-old’s birthday party at Lush, and it was truly unforgettable! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic — and that’s all thanks to the amazing party hosts, Erica and Kate. They were fun, friendly, and full of energy, making every child feel welcome and involved. Erica and Kate were incredibly attentive and organised, keeping the party flowing perfectly while also making sure every child had a chance to shine. Their positivity was infectious — the kids were smiling, laughing, and completely engaged the whole time. The bath bomb making was a huge hit — the kids absolutely loved choosing colours, mixing ingredients, and learning how everything worked. The final products looked (and smelled!) amazing, and everyone was so proud to take their creations home. A huge thank you to Erica and Kate for making the day so special. You both made it a birthday to remember! 💖✨ Highly recommend a Lush party for anyone looking for a unique, exciting and beautifully-scented celebration!
