A good store with plenty to offer, better than regular ASDA for clothes and has more selection. Good for discount school uniforms, electricals and homewares. Well staffed and easy to get parked most times considering this is a busy retail park.

I visited the store today to purchase some kitchen knives and was accompanied by my son (19yo). However when I attempted to purchase the knives I was refused because he was with me and he didn’t have any proof of his age. I understand the age limit for purchasing knives, but as I am in my late 40s I should be able to purchase a set of knives even if accompanied by my son. Does this rule apply with anyone under the age of 25, for example would I also have been refused if accompanied by my 12yo child or younger? Would this have also been the case had it been a 19yo girl? No disrespect to staff who were very polite about it, and I know they were following procedure, but really!?

Very disappointed with the service. The cashier scanned my cashback voucher but didn’t bother to scan my rewards card — which doesn’t make sense. I only realised after I left. On top of that, the attitude was rubbish. Really need better customer service training.

Great store. Plenty of choice. Love the clothing and bedding, such good value. I've been going in for years and I have never encountered bad service which is a credit to them. They most definitely get customer service right. Alot of shops could do with Asda training.

I have visited quite a few times over the past couple of months. Good selection of items and all reasonably priced. I am happy with the purchases I have made. Staff are all nice and polite. The place looks clean and tidy. Parking is available outside, which I am pleased about.
