Really disappointed this morning. Very few people in cafe yet been warned there is a 30-40min wait for hot food. Only toasty sandwiches in display and limited amount of sweet stuff. So just having a cup of tea!

Poor service, no one at self service tills, no bags to bag shopping. Asked for bags, got given one for a trolley full of shopping. Assistant appeared clutching the bags like they were liquid gold. Had to wave someone down again to auth an alcohol purchase. Shop not busy at all, poor experience.

As far as supermarkets go, I really like Morrisons. Good fish/seafood section, good meat counter, good bakery, good deli section, good pizza counter. All of these sections have very helpful and knowledgeable people manning them. Lots of parking and a cafe.

Morrisons isn't as good as it used to be especially with the cakes n that there isn't much to choose from and me and my parents had a breakfast in the cafe the service is shocking only like 2 staff were on and how the cafe is set up is unorganised so its annoying to sort your breakfast out. Idk the blokes name who was working in the cafe today he was polite and my pancakes were nice but they took ages and my parents didn't like their breakfast much

Picked up sausages this evening and at check out it wasn’t reduced then I asked for assistance She looked at it, expiry date was 5th of June.. past date, then she said do you want grab other one, I can’t sell you this, well I found more one from September 2024 and March this year. That’s insane!!!!
