Oriental Chef

Item missing from order, recieved another item that I didn’t order. Beef curry very runny and bland. BBQ ribs just taste plain not the best tonight

This a true and honest review. Had 2 rice dishes. Both were uncooked , tasteless and so very bland. I suspect these were leftovers but just an opinion. Needless to say after a few mouthfuls back in the container and bin. Customers Services at Just Eat only quoted policy and not to offer any refund quoting that each takeaway cooks and serves food differently even though in my case it wasn’t cooked, flavourless, stale and bland. Would I purchase again from here??? Not a chance there are so much better alternatives takeaways closer to this one.

Family run business who make delicous Chinese food. Always fresh, never greasy or oily. My favorite by a mile. You won't be disappointed

The phone staff do not listen to important directions to find properties on deliveries. No idea way! If you know what dishes are good then you can have a good meal. Had a Prawn dish and frankly if a professional chef cooked it they should be sacked - very very poor, should be ashamed. Once complained and didn't order for sometime afterwards: when I did reorder, possibly a year later (thought i'd give them another chance) the member staff remembered our conversation and said "ooooo I thought you didn't like our food??!!" Very unprofessional, amateur half-hour springs to mind. Come on people: try harder. It's too tough out there to make elementary errors!

Salt and pepper starters are fantastic but the mains we ordered, chicken in Mandarin Sauce and deep fried shredded chicken were so sweet they were inedible. My shedded chicken was so sweet it tasted like eating sugar puffs - horrible and went straight in the bin. Complete waste of money. If you like really sweet food this may by for you but it’s defiantly not like any other Chinese meal I have ever had.
