What's not to like? Good value, good service, great prices! 18/10/23 - same great value and the fresh bread is amazing. Go at 8am and the smell will have you salivating!
Was doing my weekly shop here on Sunday and had my 12 year old sister with me. Bought normal things like bread, eggs etc and also a packet of ibuprofen. Woman asked me for ID and I showed her my provisional proving I'm 20, she then asked for my sister's ID and i told her she doesn't have an ID because she's 12 and she will not be taking the ibuprofen. The woman said she couldn't sell the ibuprofen to me "Because im young" and she said that if i were older she would've sold it to me, but i couldnt have it because i had a child with me. I'm 20 and it's ibuprofen. I thought it was rediculous
No problem shopping here,no long queue at tills ,very clean and lots of choices
Clean environment and plenty of free parking.
Short distance from nearby towns (Hebden Bridge). Great stockage of food, dairy, meats and everything you would expect from an average Lidl.
