Burger King

Went on a Sunday evening, a hour before they closed, and it was very quiet. The burger and fries were served quickly and it was nice, hot and tasty! It's in Trinity Walk so it's easier to get to than walking down to the retail parks. Would come here again!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I must say, Celine has a brilliant work ethic. She has a sweet smile that lights up your day and an infectious laugh. She ensures my orders are made with love. If you ask me, she deserves employee of the year (and a diamond ring).

I came in and got my whopper and it was lovely and warm the service was brilliant the atmosphere was amazing definitely coming back again soon

Prices at Burger King are in line with other locations, and the food maintains the expected quality and taste. Fries surprisingly seem better than other Burger King restaurants. The staff at Burger King are generally decent, providing quick service and assistance. However, it's worth noting that during rush hours, there are noticeable gaps in serving times. For instance, I experienced a delay of 5 minutes after the customers in front of me were served, making it hard to call it 'fast food'. In terms of cleanliness, the restaurant and toilets are generally acceptable, with a few rough and dirty spots. While not perfect, the overall cleanliness meets reasonable standards. In conclusion, Burger King delivers on price and food quality. The staff, while generally efficient, could benefit from addressing delays during peak hours. The cleanliness, while generally acceptable, leaves some room for improvement.

What cam I say, this Burger King needs staff recruitment! Waited in the queue only 4 people in front of me for 20 mins, only one member of staff on, she was run off her feet, and miserable as sin, Everybody complaining about the wait. A customer complained about her food being cold, and half way through her chicken burger she found a hair in it, she complained to the manager, all he said was I can't refund you as you have eaten halve your meal, the customer was upset, and said you guys need hair nets, all the manager said was no it's not compulsory just optional. The manager needs re training on how to make his customers happy, as top customer service needs to be Burger Kings first priority and so does hygiene standards. None of the tables were cleaned while I was there, food all over the tables and floor. I will not be visiting burger King again even tho the meal was OK.
