Was fab when it first opened. Covid hit and the cafe shut, which seemingly had a knock-on effect to the remainder of the store. Panels damaged and neglected, empty shelves/racks or excessive amounts of one item to fill the void. Has a warehouse outlet feel to it now. Staff leave stock laying around for customers to negotiate it.
Extremely poor customer service. One lady is particularly depressing in how she speaks and conducts herself. I was appalled when she was too lazy to put the items I purchased in a carrier bag. I've dealt with this same person repeatedly and once even complained to the manager yet her attitude hasn't improved.
Was well stocked and also had a sale on clothes
It is all the things you might need when you move into a new place, or if you are simply looking for new homewares and clothes... From babies through to grownups. Superhandy shop
Very bad experience with staff, they are so rude with customers. I went tbere to return something and have receipt with me as well but the staff member said that the item you want to return is not in list. Then they gossiped about me that may be i was stole that thing. So rude and strange thing ever happened. Very bad experience with staff on till they r so rude. I suggest to change the staff plz Nor they take off the tags properly and when you go to other shops the security alarm beep and embarrassing
