New Look

Ruby in store was oh so lovely and helpful when returning an online order that had arrived late! She helped me make the return on my phone and as i paid for delivery that didnt arrive on time she helped by ringing customer services to ensure i was refunded the delivery! Thankyou Ruby!

I want to share my expierience with New look in Trinity walk. A girl was there HENNA she was polite and humble. She helps me out to get my right size and also helps to sign up for the new look and save my money. Thanks for the great service. ☺☺☺

Great customer service from the 2 girls today, one of the girls was training , she was very polite & very efficient. The other helped me with my return as we now need a returns barcode for orders on line.😊

Dirtiest store I've been in. Glass shelves have a weeks worth of dust on them. Streaks all over the glass under the railings and the mirrors on the stairs look like they've either never been cleaned or cleaned with a mop. Lack of any Mens section and dispite three women on the till it took fifteen minutes to get served even though only one person was in front.

The customer service at this Wakefield store is poor which is why I stopped shopping from this store years back. I only go if I really need to which is once in a blue moon but that's not the main issue. I advise anyone still choosing to buy from this particular store to ask for a paper receipt. I and a few others I know have had issues with email receipts where we've given our email address but haven't receive any emails. In my case, the paperless receipt system works fine at the Leeds Trinity store or any other store across the country, EXCEPT this one. I went in store today to get a refund on a top I bought from this very store but they refused because I didn't have the email receipt. I explained to them that they never sent me one. I showed them the New Look label which was still fixed on the top and told them they still have the exact same top one the racks. I even offered to take a voucher since I had other things I wanted to buy from New Look but they were having none of it. Now, I understand policy but it has got to a point where this excuse is becoming illogical and unreasonable. I would have understood if there was no label attached or the top was out of stock completely but that is not the case so I find it incredibly silly that no concession can be made in this instance.
