Poundland

Horrible lady named JACKIE who is a staff member. She accused a lady today of stealing who was with a toddler and made her show her bag when she then realised the lady she accused was innocent and didn’t do anything. She stared her down and then accused her infront of the whole store. I was absolutely stunned. She had a young girl with her who had also witnessed this and she should be seen to or even sacked asap. Her attitude was horrible hope this lady gets punished for what she’s done! jackie With white curly Bob hair old ish lady quite tall really horrible thing to witness today at this store

This is a fairly big pound shop and has everything you need in apart from clothes although they do stock a few bits of clothing. It's well kept, easy to get round and the staff are always helpful and friendly. It's perfect if you want some snacks to take to the cinema or if you just need a drink and a bite for a low prices, although you go in want a couple of bits and usually spend a fortune lol

Good variety of stock, but of course the "everything is a pound" sales pitch is long gone thanks to the pandemic and inflation etc. The prices are still incredibly competitive compared to the supermarkets and other shops etc.

Sells stuff but not much at a pound, calls it's self Poundland should be Poundsland, sells mostly poor quality Chinese low end manufactured products. Cheapish but not cheerful . Lots of products and items to select from, DIY, gardening, beauty, grooming products, household, cleaning kit, car accessories, toys, basic food stuff crisps sweets biscuits, some tinned foods, cereals and pop fizzy drinks, nuts and cakes.

We stood at the till for ages while the women on thr till never communicated to us what was happening. She was messing around with eggs and then once she had done she said sorry till is closed and walked off there was a massive que so we didn't want to wait again so walked out. Extremely rude staff.
