Really inclusive and supportive gym! Staff friendly and approachable for advice/help. Clean and good range of equipment for everyone. Bonus outdoor area. All in all great gym would and do recommend to anyone 😁

Astar muscle and fitness is a very welcoming gym and you always get greeted with a smile in reception. The atmosphere is what makes this gym along with some of the best equipment there is whatever your goal may be, Keith (the gym owner) is always around if you need a helping hand with anything. When you’ve finished your session you can also grab a meal and/or they also offer a wide range of supplements, I’ve been training here over 10 years and I’d never choose anywhere else.
